I think the forest guy is Shinichi because Ran said Kazuha was right that her tears kept falling because she can feel that the person she longed to see was there.

Wow, 4 sets of spoilers this week, though they don't look like straight-out summaries like the previous ones have been.  I guess this next file must be good enough for people to not give so much detail.

Huhuhu! Really long spoiler.  :) I've read an English translation by Zenthisoror, but it seems some parts he/she couldn't translate. I hope somebody will help with that stuff. However, there's nothing suprising - Crybaby Amnesia Shinichi is fake (Thank God!!! Uff...), the real one is Shiragami-sama, of course.  :) And of course, Shinichi solves mystery like he used to. Hurrah! I'm curious what's about that "crazy thing" what does fake Shinichi? Maybe he tries to kill Shinichi by a gun? I can't wait for that file!!!  :D

Hope some can give a better and more detailed translation of the summary. Can't wait for this file ^^'

Hopefully the days until Wednesday will pass fastly. This sounds really interesting. But is there next week (meens after 651) no new chapter? Does Aoyama really want to reveal this file in only one single file? That's quite short, isn't it??

After dinner edit: Some sentences have been re-edited thanks to kirite's kanji/simplified Chinese rough translations. Makes more sense now! I've also researched some of the other kanji that I couldn't get. ^^;

I'll roughly translate the Kanji...it's hard to do so though because it technically take 2 Kanji's to make up a meaning xD.

I hope it's correct >.>;;

å…°  : Ran in simplified Chinese.  (毛利兰 stands for Mou-ri Ran)
飞  : "fly" in simplified Chinese.

^ Thank you!! It's alright if it's not correct. Some of the meanings do match the radicals that they represent i.e. 时 = 時 = time. Had a feeling some of the untranslatable ones were names. ^_^ Now, I'll have to go back through some of the sentences just to re-translate/adapt/add in (to make sense) which will take some time but worth it I suppose.

And yes, it usually takes two kanji to make a word and I'm no where near being good in kanji so I can easily say "electric car" instead of "train". I've only memorized most of level 4 kanji's meanings and that's it. Which isn't enough so I have to refer to a Japanese dictionary and a good online translator that's not Babel Fish. Even this was enough for me to translate manga out of Nakayoshi. 

Edit: Not level 1! Ack! >_<  Forgot, it goes backwards.
