What's reported so far (could be fake so take with grain of salt until we have actual leaks I guess):
Gin and Vodka search out a foreigner. Vodka takes out an FBI ID for the latter to look at, then Gin fires with a silenced firearm. Conan, Ai & the DB happen to pass by at this time and Conan immediately hurries to investigate. Using his glasses to zoom in, he sees Vodka upstairs. All the main BO players seem to be there. Conan returns home and informs the FBI. Takes place at night.

it aint fake. bo kills 7 fbi agents. high clas stuff.we see gin killing a man after long time . basically an fbi agent aaron was on trail of bo. they caught him and through him probably they got to know the fbi code which told the place of meeting of fbi agents. thus they kept on killing other fbi agents.finally 7 foreigner bodies were found. 2 day before yesterday , 2 yesterday and 3 today which gin killed on roof of a building. one of them jumped of roof and died. the loud thud was heared by conan and db he went to kudo house where huge number of fbi members were holed up including james, jodie and camel. where they told conan the situation.

So this was the big move of bo.

gosho wanted bo to look like a dangerous organization after the last chapter where bo was looking like a joke in front of yusaku.

Now by killing 7 fbi agents, bo has again regained it's killing reputation after a long time.

But here also gosho kept his rule and didnt kill off a recurring character as usual.

He only killed new characters.

Also these things which gosho is showing in this and the last case of three yusaku are something which arent looking predictable not even directly related to story and just added for the plot twist .

Those fbi agents werent even relevant to story just killed to add thrill. (as we know of now)

Regarding plan of bo, all this fbi killing looks the plan of gin to me.

Whereas rum has a separate parallel plan which isnt related tp this, as he believed yusaku to be a potential threat to bo ( also investigating shinichi kudo) and investigated his house through vermy.

Although currently he may be convinced that yusaku doesnt know the plan and is a soft target leading the bo to abandon yusaku for a while, I personally think rum wont be left out in this showdown.

As he was even mentioned in last case.

This is rum arc after all.

rum will be somehow incorporated in this volume 100 showdown even though it centers gin.

I also think that the reason behind rum investigating gin's mistake shinichi is more likely to reduce gin's position in org by showing the boss gin's mistake , as gin is his competitor in bo .

This looks motivation for rum to investigate shinichi apart from the fact that he is danger to org if alive.

So basically we can expect to see a flavor of rum vs gin inernal politics of bo for power and supremacy in this volume.

Translation of leaked spoilers pics.

Note: spoiler pics won't be shared here. Search for them by yourself.
Spoiler:

(Pics are not in order of magazine but in order they are leaked)

Pic 1:
Man: I...
Man: So you finally came

Pic 2:
Vodka: Sorry, but Tony ain't coming anymore
Man: Shit!

Pic 3:
Gin: Do you intend to confess...
Gin: Where your hideout is at?
Gin: I see. You don't, huh?
Gin: Then we don't need you anymore

Pic 4:
Ayumi(?): A huge sound

Pic 5:
Conan: Using the glasses' telescope function...

Pic 6:
Vodka: Sheesh!
Vodka: Guess he didn't want to end up like his pal, but...
Gin: Did he think he can fly?

Pic 7:
Ayumi: It feels scary
Genta: Yeah... There was also two dead yesterday, right?
Mitsuhiko: But I wonder why more unidentified people died today, too?

Pic 8:
Mitsuhiko: Whoa! It'd seem they found two today, too!
Mitsuhiko: Two dead unidentified foreigners

Pic 9:
Conan: Because that cipher...
Conan: It contained the meeting address, location, the day and the phone number, so...

Pic 10:
Several: Huh?
To be continued in Issue#46

Pic 11:
James: It all began 3 days ago
James: An investigator named Aaron went missing while trailing one of the organization members and the next day his body was found... And both two days ago and yesterday and today the organization ambushed meeting places...
Jodie: We use a cipher for the meetings, but...
Jodie: So we think that maybe Aaron may have confessed how to decode the cipher.. Hence why we're hiding here, in the Kudou house, for now!

Pic 12:
Genta: Why can't we see it?
Ayumi: I wanna see, too!
Mitsuhiko: That's unfair, Conan-kun!
Haibara: Just do as he says!
Chianti: A kid! A kid wearing a hoodie is coming close to the body!
Korn: I can shoot
Chianti: Do we do it?

Pic 13:
Kir: There's 3 more onlookers!
Man (right): Whoa! Someone's dead!?
Woman: No way!
Man (left): Let's call the police for now!

Pic 14:
Conan: Shit!
Conan: What's going on!?
Conan: Akai-san's line is busy the whole time
Conan: And neither Mom or Dad answer the phone either!

Pic 15:
Conan: Don't tell me that they
Conan: Are in my house!?
Conan: I hear unfamiliar voices!

Pic 16:
Jodie: Oh, hi, Cool Kid!
Jodie: You came as well?

Pic 17:
Akai: Knowing them, rather than demanding how to decipher the ciphers, they would demand the hotel's location
Akai: If they want to get rid of us FBI in one shot, it's more logical to attack their base of operations
Camel: Y-you're right
James: That asides, have Jim and Cheng, who volunteered to go to the cipher's meeting place, contacted you yet?
Jodie: Not yet
Conan: As for that Agent Jim...

Pic 18:
Conan: He just fell from an abandoned building and died...
Conan: Vodka was in the rooftop so he might have been pushed out of it, but...

Pic 19:
All: HUH!?
Conan: I happened to be at scene... So I came to tell Akai-san about that!
James: But if they don't know how to decode those complicated ciphers...
James: How could they ambush us?
Conan: Wouldn't they have hacked into the cipher emails and simply decoded them?

Hey, welcome back. :)
Spoiler:
Speaking of plot... Gonna stick around for this case of the BO making it rain? (and Kir having dialogue after 11 years of silence... yep, she hasn't had a true appearance since File 704, which came out in August 2009) Or are you just taking a quick peek?

Well its nice to see some progress in the manga.
Still Gin seems to be making quite the mess and attracting a lot of public attention for an organization that's usually quite cautious, especially considering Rum (whoever it is) is investigating the area.

"James: But if they don't know how to decode those complicated ciphers...

Conan: Wouldn't they have hacked into the cipher emails and simply decoded them?"

Well.... so FBI gets picked this time by the B.O. just makes James seem even more suspicious in my opinion ;)

The James = BO theory isn't one I subscribed to before I first heard of the theory, and just becoming aware of this theory has neutralized any potential surprise it could've had for me (should it turn out to be true).

Would you still think he's suspicious if the Moriarty reference from his intro case (325–327/258–259) was never made? I think many who subscribe to the theory that he's actually loyal to the BO primarily do so because of that reference.

Well mainly that reference to Moriarty and a couple suspicious points : (some of which quoted from this site: https://poirotcafe.proboards.com/thread ... s-theories)
" First, he was born in England in the Baker Street district, giving him a Sherlock Holmes connection, but then he goes on to say that he was raised in Chicago, and specifically mentions that it was home to the infamous crime boss, Al Capone. But MOST important, at the end of that particular adventure, Conan comments on the name "James," and Ai speculates that he likes it because of James Bond. Conan disagrees, and says it puts him more in mind of James Moriarty."

1. When Kir was treated in hospital and Conan overheard someone dialing the tone to B.O.'s boss some ppl pointed out that Rikumichi Kusuda a minor BO member without even a codename couldn't possibly have direct access the top boss's phone number and it might be someone else who dialed the boss's number and James happened to be near where the incident happened.

2. "This might be a stretch, but how did the Black Org figure out in which hospital Kir was being kept? There are over 2,000 hospital and clinics in the greater Tokyo area. And when Jodie keeps insisting on moving Kir to a hospital in America, it's James Black who over-rides that decision, saying "It's what they would expect." And yet the Org is able to figure out which hospital she is in. How is never explained. My guess, obviously, is that Mr. Black, er, narrowed it down for them."

3."When Jodie shows James a picture of Sera (Manga chapter 780), he immediately refers to her as a girl that he has never seen before, and when asked about how he could tell she was a girl (when NO one else, even Kid, was able to tell) he just says he has wisdom that comes with age, blah blah blah. Highly suspicious, if you ask me."

And.... of course this newest case where 7 FBIs got ratted out by the B.O. and James asked that good question himself like how did the B.O. found out their location if they haven't cracked the code... so...why did he assume that the B.O. wasn't able to crack the code and still able to find their location when even Conan assumed that they did it through hacking/cracking their email? Unless he or someone else from FBI was feeding the info to the B.O. ........ 8-)

Most plausible explanation was that Kusuda wasn't the only person sent out with a fake injury to investigate a hospital. Other people were also sent out to look into other hospitals. This would mean that, if Kusuda was the only one not contacting them anymore, something happened at the hospital he was investigating, most likely someone noticing him acting suspicious in the hospital Rena was staying at.

1. What's suspicious about him, as the boss of agent Shuichi Akai, knowing who his relatives are?
2. What are the pictures for?

[/quote]

Well yeah so your response also suggests it's plausible that Kusada wasn't the only person sent out to investigate the hospital and maybe there was another B.O. agent of higher ranking in the hospital who dialed the boss instead of Kusada who did it.

1.&2. actually both are slightly related... so the Amanda case happened 17 years ago while the first picture confirms that there were quite a few investors who made the investment in B.O.'s "miracle" drug and Amanda also happened to be an "investor" and her death was related to the B.O. which makes her "investment" and what she "invested" kinda shady. Now the B.O. agent who was responsible for her death was RUM or another agent related to RUM... after Akai's father dipping his nose into Kohji case the only thing he told his family including his MI6 wife was that England is unsafe and they should move to another country. Let's say Tsutomu has a reason to suspect that England is unsafe for his family because he somehow picked up that the person who was related to Kohji's murder also came from England or has an England background from who knows what clues he gathered... James Black who was originally from England latter moved to America for undisclosed reasons... So it's just an assumption I'm making that IF James was a B.O. member and the reason he moved to America in later years was for a mission assignment from B.O. related to Amanda which RUM skrewed up, which caused Tsutomu to escape and fled away and feed the info to his wife Mary to get away from England because it's "unsafe." We just haven't been disclosed the full picture of how everything is related yet... so it's only bits of pieces here and there. 8-)

On a side note, Amanda had connections with the CIA and FBI, and yet her death was caused by the B.O. and this time round the B.O. also caused many deaths on FBI agents, so isn't strangely awefully convenient for the B.O. to be able to percisely eliminate any associates of FBI with ease? Really smells like there may be a rat or mole from B.O. hiding among the FBI that's bringing down the FBI. And it just happens that James Black looks suspicious to me. ;D
