In the Kogoro in a Bar case, the bartender Yuzuki mentioned that there was a party earlier and the decoration stuff was still hanging because she didn't fell like taking them down. Conan also mentioned that the culprit test fired the CO₂ rocket with a tip of dart glued on it, that's why it wasn't found afterwards. In manga we don't see the test cases stuck on the ceiling but in Anime if I remember correctly then there were at least three besides the poisoned murder weapon. Am I correct or I'm making a mistake?

If I get your question right it might just be that the anime added them there to show how many times the trick was tried (while obviously the culprit would just get rid of them instead of leave them there by adding a string to it or something).
