. Rumi and Kobayashi have brough the 1-A class to Rumi's apartment building to do a play of "Ikkyuu - san"
. We see a couple characters (Banno Teigo, 32, Pro golfer & Iiyama Kurumi, 29, profession text is cut off), Banno is a resident of the apartment building
. Banno seems to have had a successful golf carrer for some years in the US and is going to live there
. Iiyama seems to be a girlfriend he hung around with for a time, she thought Banno called him to part with her while it'd actually seem he wanted to invite her to come to the US with him
. Banno says something (text is cut off) and when she asks what he said he shrugs it off
. Rumi seems to guess what'll happen next with those two given her expression
. Conan tells Haibara that when he was a kid he also had to play the role of "Ikkyuu - san" and Yukiko was persitent on him properly training for the role with Yuusaku looking on and making suggestions: Shinichi wasn't motivated but Yukiko insisted saying that if Shinichi doesn't do it right she'll be put to shame
. At some point Rumi accidentally (or purposely) stains a tiger's foldable screen which was the background for the play with paint or some other liquid
. For some reason the group then enter another room where they find a Banno KO and Iiyama dead
. Banno is awakened and shows them a photo showing a woman's hand writing something on his face
. The side-note teases about Rumi doing something next file
Lol, Conan knows that Mary is Akai's mother and maybe a victim of (original) APTX4869 and there is a Rum suspect out there, still looks like nothing happened. I don't hope that Conan will tell Ai that Asaka and Rum is related but it would be nice that there will be discussion with Akai or Ai after the previous 2 cases but the I-keep-all-secrets-for-myself behavior of Conan is more and more annoying lately. At least, we got Rumi.

Mh, Conan doesn't consider Kanenori a Rum suspect though.
Akai is not willing to talk about his family as he made clear in 949, though Conan could talk to Ai at least, but he wasn't very prone to share information about the Akai family with her to begin with, so I'm not surprised.

Yeah, but at least he should talk to Ai about Rum; and Mari who is a APTX victim may be mentioned as Masumi's mother. Another APTX victim and Haibara doesn't know anything. WTH. Maybe Ai has some important information about Mari and there are benefits of sharing information for both of them (at least more pros than cons). However he choose not to do it, and do a play as nothing happened.
I hope that I can find someway to contribute to the community even if it's just random crack theories and looking things up for people who can't find the information they need.
A pro golfer is parting ways with a model he used to hang around with: and a woman wearing glasses witnesses the exchange before a murder is plotted
Meanwhile, at the elementary school, Conan has been chosen to play "Ikkyuu" in the "Ikkyuu - san" play
The students praise Conan for his good performance and he admits about having had to act the role before, as Shinichi
Both of his parents had thoroughly given him acting guidance hence why he could play the role so well
The background tiger has been drawn by Wakasa yet she accidentally tosses water at it and gets black: she wants to redraw it but the photo she used as basis is at her home: she's unsure if she could make it of a decent size so Conan & the DBs go to her home
At her home (*)... The model is at the entrance of the room next door and pressing the bell yet no - one comes out: the door is locked too so she fumes and leaves while seen by Conan & co. Wakasa shrugs saying she doesn't know her neighbor too much
Wakasa manages to redraw the tiger and the DBs are eating a rice omelette when a sound rings out from the room next door: it'd seem the man has the habit of setting music to ring out at a loud volume instead of an alarm clock: it normally stops playing after a lil while but today it's not stopping
Genta goes to complain and finds the door unlocked: he enters and unplugs the stereo's plug before he finds the golfer and the model there, on the floor
The golfer soon wakes up and shakes the model to wake her up but she's dead: someone broke her skull
Conan asks Wakasa to call the police: Haibara sees that someone wrote "I love you (heart mark)" in the golfer's right cheek
The golfer uses the smartphone as a mirror to tell them what it is: he says it's not the model's writing. He then notices an instax (polaroid) on the space between his legs
The photo shows a woman's hand that knocked him out at the entrance and is writing on his right cheek
Side - note: "The traces of the culprit shown in the photo... In the next number, Wakasta - sensei will...!?"
