yonehara: there is a tv show that will start in spring that used this hotel as the setting...and both of them are the main female characters

balck haired girl : wait, wait... after u give the stuff to her, could u come to my room #504 for a bit? i have something about her that i want to talk to u about...

The suspect and the dead girl are in a blog rank contest. Whoever loses has to shave her head clean. The dead girl says she knows the secret of the suspect aka black haired girl and threatens to expose it if the suspect doesn't surrender and shave her head. The dead girl said to the suspect that since her hair is already short, there is no difference if she shaves it. Yonehara is their because the dead girl's agent is on a sick leave. Yonehara says somebody came to the agency she works for and asks for someone to care for the dead girl in the time of her agent's sick leave. Yonehara accepted the job. At the end of the chapter, the traces that Conan found next to the body and key card are traces of whipped cream.

Kuroda knowing more about Conan than he should is indeed interesting, but it could be that he represents yet another anti-BO agency. Though his face is same ugly as the day, so I'm not sure what agency would like to have him. He's very noticeable and memorable no matter where he will go...

I wonder whether Kuroda will take a part of this case too, or he will be just mentioned...

It still just seems like misdirection to me. The fact that they're not showing whom the message is from just seems like another instance of Camel receiving that call from Akai and seeming to be an agent. He's probably going to do something very sinister that will look like it will make him seem more like Rum than ever since Conan no longer suspects him, but it turns out that he's on Conan's side.
