But at least the identities of Okiya/Sera/Amuro are now clear.

Sera will definitely continue to search for her brother and will also continue to do her second decuded purpose: Driving Ran's suspicion.

Well, I wouldn't call it a "reset button ending" if we're finally getting wind of who's who in this arc. Confirming Okiya is Akai, Amuro is Bourbon, and Sera Masumi is Akai's sister (does that mean she's actually called Akai Masumi?) is a pretty good plot advancement.

Well I guess it IS open to interpretation but I reckon Bourbon/Vermouth will have said something along the lines of 'I wonder who dressed up as Akai in the train/helped them out this time round?' in the previous panel. I agree it's not stated as clearly as Bourbon/Sera though

Nah, the resemblance between both of them is too high for them to be foster siblings. So he's either Sera Shuuichi, or she's Akai Masami.

can't be, that eye thing is genetic.

I have to admit, though, I figured Kid would show up at some point. With Sera, her name probably got changed when she was put in Witness Protection. No clue if Masumi is her real given name or not.
