Yes, very much so. Still don't know why others are disbelieving after the reveal. I know this is DC, but even for DC it'd be a bit too WTF IMO
What's with Conan's thought in the last page of 774?
Spoiler:
He thinks to himself "Wearing a skirt..." and he's only with Ran, Sonoko, and Sera, who are all in their school uniforms. As such, it shouldn't be weird that any of them are wearing a skirt. But that thought suggests he finds something wrong with one of them wearing one.

Spoiler:
I think the "wearing a skirt" Is because he thought Sera was a boy.

A very logical answer:
Spoiler:
The main objective of 768-770 was to solve the mystery of who Sera was, supported by the fact it was a one-suspect case and the trick was relatively easy among others. Now, we didn't get much on exactly who Sera is, but at the end of 770 one mystery was revealed: her gender. The way this was done? Sera is transferred to Ran and Sonoko's class. Note: Ran thinks the same thing 'wearing a skirt' but by the start of 771 she's calling Sera a girl. Conan basically just repeated Ran's line because, if you'll remember, he's no longer actively in Ran's class thus he missed the introduction of Sera's gender. Therefore, throughout all of 768-774 Conan thought that Sera was a boy and only just got the chance to figure it out at the end of 774.
