I was always under the impression Kazuha's mom had passed away. In the few scenes Heiji is shown at his house, Kazuha is shown in most of them walking around the house like she lives there (I know she doesn't). Two examples out of many are the K3 case where she is seen serving the food while Heiji is on the phone or Movie 7, where she's in the house and Heiji has no idea. My impression of these scenes where that Kazuha's mother passed away so she was treated like a daughter by Heiji's mom and is being given Bridal training? which explains her being there a lot and how close Heiji's mom and Kazuha are.

This could of been possible early in the series but now that Detective Boys have been fleshed out more it's really really unlikely. You have seen the family of each Detective Boy and each has acted or has been in situations that show they aren't evil, let alone a boss of an organization.

This is somewhat stupid. Suppose Yuusaku were the head of the BO. His first priority would be to eliminate all evidence regarding the existence of the organization and to kill all who do know about the BO that are not part of it. Thus, Shinichi living still is proof that his father is not part of the BO. Besides, for Yuusaku to also be a famous detective as well as a novel writer, it is almost impossible to impose a further identity.

That was my original thinking...I could be very wrong.

I am suspecting Heiji's father. Because I want to see more serious!Heiji. Also, I've never liked that guy . I am gonna pretend he's the boss and write fanfiction about it until the series proves me wrong. Which may be a longer while, actually.

I think Dr. Agasa is the head boss of BO . I will tell my reasons why ?.

In episode 129 , when  ai met agasa for the first and told him about BO , how did he decide to believe her and make her to stay undercover at   his home . If I were Dr.Agasa and i know Conan = Kudo and if I , how could believe her  story  version .  She could be faking escape and actually still involved in BO in order to take down conan , and captured . I am risking my life and conan life to reveal kudo identity  unless I got some from a trust source (BO) that AI run away from the organization and she is telling truth .Also,  Every time episode conan was involved with BO member  , Dr.Agasa was found to be with him in every moment. Doesn't looks weird. Beside that in the movie Count Down To Heaven, When Dr.Agasa was put through face scanning machine that determine his face after 10 years , His face face did not changed even little bit or his hair fall. This probably means that he taking anti-age medicine . One final thing ,in eps 129 when conan go to Dr.Agasa's house to  check Dr. Agasa if he has been killed by ai, the movie show some scene of melody on agasa' TV being played by pianist group .Iknow this sound random and weird,but could it be actually  some hint of SEVEN CHILDREN MELODY.

The two main things that I've seen in this topic that people are using to claim that Kudo Yuusaku is not the BO boss are
1. He let Shinichi live after discovering the existence of the BO.
2. He let Gin poison Shinichi.

In response to the first:
Why should he kill him? Shinichi might not figure it out, so just deal with him then.

In response to the second:
... This one shouldn't even get a response. Gin didn't call up the boss and ask for permission to use the ahoutoxin, he acted on his own...

My thoughts are as follows. One Gin was secretly instructed to make sure the Kudo saw the deal in odrer to give him the poison. Gin is required to make sure Kudo is ok while making it look like he wants Kudo dead. It is also possible that Haibara is in on it as well. She did say that Kudu was part of an Bo experimentt and I am sure they want to subject to be around to the end. Haibara taking the drug to be with Kudo I think was necessary for the experiment. I do believe they are trying to extend life forever.
