It means "watch over me while I'm here in Tokyo." He's saying in a somewhat playful way, I assume because of Conan's intelligence, he's pretending to consider this little kid as a boss or superior.

EDIT: Something tells me Conan revealing his identity to Megure will happen sooner than expected.

Hmm, I still think Kuroda is Rum. I hope that Gosho, after he gets healthy again hopefully, realizes it's time to steer the series to the ending. And it could be that he won't repeat the same mistake he did with Bourbon and reveal Rum much earlier.

And if Kuroda is indeed Rum, we could get some spectacular BO cases in the future.

That's really interesting. Could be that kuroda somehow tell megure/takagi about conan. That would be a HUGE step taken forward let's hope it happens!. Tho I think takagi will be the only one to learn about him given how conan seems to trust takagi
