most say that scar akai is bourbon, but the question is, who is scar akai? is it the one eyes detective? or his white rival????
I pointed this out multiple times and it's Sera.
If Sera was scar Akai, who has already stalked Andre Camel out once before in the Beika Department store, why would Sera react to finding out that he was FBI in the restaurant later?
to trick the audience
I'm not sure this makes sense. Sure Gosho likes to mislead with conversations, but it all makes sense in hindsight on reread. If Sera was scar Akai, what reason would she have to react like that when scar Akai deliberately went after Camel in the men's restroom?

Seriously, Sera needs to not be Akai's sister. It would likely not only hurt Akai's appeal as sort of a badass loner
Akai's appeal as a badass loner died when we found out he was still mushy over the goody-two-shoes Akemi, watered flowers everyday, or uses an apron to make food for Agasa - take your pick. Or you could still think of him as a bad ass loner anyway, but with a cute domestic side.

To force him out of hiding whether it be to rescue her, or because she outs him.

Le fixed.

You know, people have to use the loo sometimes.

And when you're disguised as a man, you should probably not use the women's.
Right, but when you are following someone, you would consider looking through the cracks of the stall to make sure the partner- of-the-person-you-are-trying-to-stalk-who-will-recognize-and-react-to-you finishes washing their hands and leaves before exiting from your stall. Or, if you didn't know he was there, retreat back into your stall before he notices you (he looks introspective and not like he is paying attention) and wait for him to leave. Heck, I would suggest using one on another floor because Jodie and Camel still have unfinished drinks in a must-not-leave-premises glass and are sitting down, so the chances are the FBI are going to be parked for at least a few minutes are high.
