As far as what our three Bourbon suspects are doing in this case, this is my theory for now:
Sera is just hanging out with Ran and Sonoko and chit-chatting for now. She's possibly about to show them a picture or otherwise do something with the paper in her hand.
Amuro is disguising as a staff member and is going around and checking on the passengers in attempt to locate Sherry. In order to make her let down her guard when he does finally find out which room she's in, he's disguising his face as Akai's yet again. However, Vermouth is occupied elsewhere and cannot apply the disguise like usual, so the scar looks different.
However, that leads to the question of where Okiya is in all of this mess. He may be disguised as Kogorou. For one, he's nowhere to be seen. Also suspicious is the fact that Ran snatched the cigarette out of his mouth. The only explanation I can think of for such a drastic action is if Kogorou was supposed to stop smoking, and Ran caught him relapsing on it. However, if Okiya was disguised as Kogorou, he would likely smoke as well. Kogorou keeps disappearing, too... >_>

If I had to choose, I'd say black because it is a color that covers things inside me that I don't want known. Well, I hate the color black for the same reason as well.

I noticed him, and I noticed his giant eyebrows. He might be relevant somehow. So far he looks like he is only there for support and information give out, but I am putting him on the suspect list I am preparing for the English release version of the case. He could be coming back for the Kid version later...

anyways, is it just me or does anyone else think that KID was mentioned not so much for KID but for Sonoko's weird letter thingy? If the train itself is a trap ( which might have been built for KID and being tested for Jirokichi) then maybe that's where the off-train carriages are. Or maybe the letter thing (from Sonoko) might be some kind of indication? I like KID but I think his appearance might spoil the BO case. Anyways, I want Gin to be on the train :x After many chapters of absence. :x

I think it's really him, not Okiya in disguise and he wanted to show off his new moustache style. i don't know yet why Ran took away the cigar. Also the usual freezing when the future suspects hear the name of Mouri Kogorou showed us we'll have 3 (pairs of) suspects in the murder that was probably supposed not to be a real murder I guess

The reason why Ran snatched the cigarette from Kogoro was because the place they were in doesn't allow smoking, that's what Ran said on the same panel. I hope that helps
I noticed that Sera have a hat before they board the train. It looks like the same hat that scar Akai have. Did she give it to someone or she just happen to lose it. it's pretty weird don't you think?

Do you think that she will use the same hat if she is scar Akai? It'd be too obvious. What about Scar Akai stealing the hat just for making her seem suspicious?
