English translation of all the plotty parts of file 892:
Spoiler:
Title: Out of my Japan …

p.2

[Side note:] Bourbon shows hostility! What lies behind it?!

Amuro: Oh? FBI, you say?

Amuro: The Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States ...

Amuro: You can often see them in films and TV series ...

Amuro: They love to turn up at a crime scene with a self-satisfied look ...

Amuro: Meddling with the investigation and generally making a nuisance of themselves in order to steal the credit from the local police, irritating the audience ...

Camel: What?!

Amuro: Ah, I wasn’t talking about you! I just happened to see a film like that …

Camel (thoughts): Because of those guys …

Camel (thoughts): Akai-san is …

p.3

Jodie (whisper): Camel …

Jodie (whisper): Calm down …

Jodie (whisper): You don’t want him to realize that we know he’s a member of the organization, do you?

Camel (whisper): N-no ….

[…]

Lots of case stuff …

[…]

p.12 (last panel)

Amuro: Is that all?

p.13

Jodie: Huh?

Amuro: Is that all the FBI is capable of?

Jodie: What do you mean by that?

Amuro: How about that German-looking guy over there?

Amuro: I’m asking whether that’s all you can get from looking at that picture …

Camel: Hmm …

Camel: Seeing how in Japan correct answers are marked with a circle …

Camel: All I can say is that the top sheet doesn’t seem to be graded wrongly …

Amuro: *pfft*

Amuro: Ahahahaha!!

Amuro: Seems like we’re the only ones who got it!

Jodie & Camel: We?

p.14

Amuro: Right?

Amuro: Edogawa Conan-kun?

Conan: Eh?

Conan: What are you talking about?

Amuro: Ever since you saw that photo you’ve been staring …

Amuro: At the culprit …

Takagi: Eh? Does that mean …

Megure: You know who the culprit is?!

Amuro: Yeah, more or less ...

Amuro: But I’ve finally figured it out ...

Amuro: The thing that’s been bothering me ...

Amuro: Why did the victim hire me, a detective, ...

Amuro: To investigate her stalker ...

p.15

Amuro: Even though she’s got a friend who’s with the FBI …

Jodie: What are you trying to imply?!

Jodie: Are you saying I’m not reliable?!

Camel: Wasn’t it simply because she didn’t want to bother you? After all the two of us took a leave of absence in order to come here for some sightseeing …

Amuro: Sightseeing you say?

Amuro: If you don’t have a visa your stay should be coming to an end soon, shouldn’t it?

Amuro: If you’ve had your fill …

Amuro: How about you get out …

Amuro: Of my Japan …

Conan: Hey, come here a second, Zero …

Conan: Er, I mean Amuro-niichan …

Jodie: ?

Conan: Say, Amuro-niichan, you’re ...

Conan: An enemy …

Conan: Right?

p.16

Conan: Of the bad guys …

Amuro: Zero …

Conan: Eh?

Amuro: I really was called that …

Amuro: As a kid.

Amuro: It seems like you misunderstood …

Amuro: About me …

[Side note:] What on earth did he misunderstand?! Next issue, Conan’s deduction about Bourbon?! And an even more earth-shattering development!!

I've made some translations of the plot-related parts, basing on the Chinese file 893 (link). Note that while I only do the plot stuffs, the pages in question may contain heavy case-solution spoilers, so be careful when checking the actual file.
Spoiler:
PAGE 2

Amuro: It seems you have misunderstood my stories...
Conan: Mis...understood...?

PAGE 3

Conan: How was it a misunderstanding? That sharp intellect which could instantly perceive the truth... His behavior of not killing Haibara on the Bell Tree Express... His reaction to the word "Zero"... And then what made me so certain was him openly ribbing the FBI...
[Flashback of Amuro: "Get out of my Japan..."]
Conan: The so called "Zero" was a code-name created for the "Non-existent Organization" [not sure if I got the term correctly], whose purpose is to maintain Japan's security...

PAGE 4

Conan: The Public Security Intelligence Agency... [not sure if I got the term correctly]
If he's really an undercover agent infiltrating the Org., then we can provide him with the information we have, that way we'll probably be able to evade the worst situations... But if that's not the case... Then that plan will be discovered!!
Wait, I must calm down... It may not have been discovered just yet... There's still one thing that he hasn't learned... In order to get hold of this info, he may set up some kind of trick... But what can it be?

PAGE 5 (Major case spoilers warning!!!)

[Amuro explaining the clues]
Conan: Wait a minute... It's impossible for the FBI and the organization member Bourbon to just coincidentally meet up at some crime scene in the first place. There must have been something that led to this...
Conan (to Jodie): Jodie-sensei.... Why did you call Shibuya-sensei last night?
Jodie: Because we have already planned to go drinking that day...
Conan: Who made the appointment?
Jodie: It was she who messaged me...

PAGE 6 (Major case spoilers warning!!!)

Jodie: But it was odd, Natsuko said she didn't remember writing that message. However, since her cell phone's inbox had stored that message, she probably had just forgotten about it...
Conan: Was it true that your cell was out of battery so you had to borrow Agent Camel's?
Camel: Yeah...
Jodie: Even though I charge it every night, but since I use it constantly, it often run out at early evening...
Conan: That's not good... It could very well be...
Jodie: Be what...?
[Bourbon cuts in, continues to explain about the case]

(No more "plotty" stuffs until the end of Page 11)

PAGE 11 (Major case spoilers warning!!!)

Random woman in the last panel (Vermouth in disguise?): There is an announcement from the hospital...

PAGE 12

Woman: Shibuya-sensei's situation is getting worse... She's in great danger...
Jodie, Conan, Camel: Ehh!?
Jodie: Na-natsuko!?

PAGE 13

Camel: Why did you come here? Wasn't your job finished?
Amuro: She is my client after all... Also I have the feeling that you have a tendency to confusedly slip out information...
Camel: Huh?
Jodie: Natsuko... Please don't die.... Natsuko!!!

PAGE 14

Natsuko: Ah, Jodie... Are you coming to visit me?
Jodie: Y...yes...
Natsuko: But it's a good thing that you happen to know... that I have regained consciousness. I was also partly responsible for this mess, so I told them not to contact the school just yet.
Conan: Oh crap... (shouting to Jodie) Where is Agent Camel?
Jodie: Eh? He's probably at the parking lot...
Camel: Rikumichi Kusuda?

PAGE 15

Camel: I don't know such a person...
Amuro: He was a patient at this hospital, and went missing after leaving his car nearby... It seems he carried a gun too... Didn't you hear about him from your comrades?
Camel: No...
Amuro: Is that so... Perhaps your superiors didn't inform someone like you of such info?
Camel: What are you talking about... The FBIs always share information...
"Jodie" (most likely Vermouth in disguise): Camel! What are you doing? Don't you leave my side for one step...
You didn't tell that man about Rikumichi, did you?
Camel: Of course not...

PAGE 16

Camel: I would never say anything about that guy shooting himself inside his car.
"Jodie": Is that so...? Thank you...
Camel: Of course, that had taken place before I came to Japan. I only heard the story from Akai-san...
-----Jodie-san? Jo-jodie-san...!?

Spoiler:
That random woman should not be Vermouth in disguise, she must have just stay in Haido Central Hospital and faking as a nurse to call that random woman and lie to her that Shibuya-sensei was in great danger, Vermouth should not have much time to change a disguise from random woman to Jodie. When Conan and Jodie rushed to hospital, Natsuko had regained consciousness and said she told the nurses not to contact the school just yet.
