Just got to the file. I agree with everyone else who thinks it is hiccups and pregnancy. Everyone has pretty much pointed out the evidence, so I guess I don't have to do any work this week.

don't worry Chekhov, it means your work is starting to pay off and people are starting to figure out the meanders of the plot by themselves

I feel sorry for Shiho. She have done her best to ensure her sister safety. She even did the 'sister talk' to her sister boyfriend. But everything down the drain.
Sometimes I wonder why Akemi want to get Shiho out of the Org. Shiho seems doing fine in the Org, so it makes me wonder if it's because of Shiho or something else. Is it possible that Akemi did that because she want to be together with Akai? Or Akai ask her to go with him but Akemi didn't want to leave Shiho alone in the Org so she try to get her sister out from Org, too? But good people in DC always have the purest intention when doing something, so it must be impossible. 

Well, would you keep your little sister in a evil organization, where they force her to do a drug that kills people? :p
Even if it's just developing the drug, it's still her "action" and it can affect her mentally to know that she killed people indirectly.


And the file... doesn't the lady's wound (wound in the chest) remind you of Akemi and her dying moment? :V Conan was also holding Akemi in his arms D:
And there is a flashback of Akemi too by haibara... so if that woman is pregnant... was Akemi pregnant too then?! (a hint? D:) Remember Akemis message to Akai? There was a P.S. too! D: >.<

That would be really sad. I don't think Gosho would go that far. If this was for an older age group maybe, but not for kids.

But looking at that picture made me realize something. You can actually see Akai's entire neck and collarbones. That's about on par with seeing under Vodka's hat. It will probably never happen again.

So I ask next if these clues could be made and the answer is YES. She sleepless because she worries - Sleep Apnea. She afraid of him see other woman. Note it did not say anything about always vomiting no matter who cooks, it seem to just be him. He might be under cooking the food and might even be putting something in to make her anemic. I found that yes indeed drugs can create anemia Drug-induced immune hemolytic anemia. Look at the drug at the bottom of the list. and it is related to the one in tonic water, and it is toxic in large doses causing something called Cinchonism. It's Symptoms are include flushed and sweaty skin, ringing of the ears (tinnitus), blurred vision, impaired hearing, confusion, reversible high-frequency hearing loss, headache, abdominal pain, rashes, drug-induced lichenoid reaction (lichenoid photosensitivity),[1] vertigo, dizziness, dysphoria, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  Wikipedia Articles are Cinchonism, Quinine, and Tonic Water

My crazy idea is he is replacing her water with tonic water.If you check out the above links you will find that

Cinchonism can occur from therapeutic doses of quinine, either from one or several large doses, or from small doses over a longer period of time, not from the amounts used in tonic drinks, but possibly from ingestion of tonic water as a beverage over a lengthy period of time.

as for the itchy nose, well he might have some ground up cinchona tree bark which is used to make Quinidine and Quinine. He very likely added enough suger or other sweeter to counter the bitter test. And It also has a Bo link is in GIN and Tonic.

Well... Akemi and Akai had been apart for 2 years, so if she got pregnant when they were together, she should have given birth to that child, right? And the BO must have known this and maybe.... kill that child I'm afraid :-ss

It's a good reason, but why at that time? Why after Shiho reach 18 years old? And isn't it easier if she ask Akai for help when they're still dating? But no, she spend her time enjoying a date with Akai when her younger sister worried about her. Even when she have learned that Akai makes her life and Shiho's life in danger, she still want to have a date with Akai.
It makes me wonder just how great a date with Akai was. XD

I don't think Akemi was pregnant. If Akemi was pregnant, Conan will know about it and when he learn about Akai's involvement in Akemi's death, he will help Ai kill Akai, not help Akai deceiving Ai. XD

There's too many cheerful women around Akai (Sera, Jodie, Akemi), that's why he looks like a gangster everytime. XD

I've just read vol 58 again. Well... Akai's death is really...weird :-s She pulled the trigger and the bullet came out of the gun. And she stood there as nothing happen, no smoke coming out of her gun. He also. They were just....staring at each other And next page, suddenly blood came out of his mouth like he was just shot, and smoke came out of her gun =,=' Really weird! There is an confusing space of time between her shot and its outcome =,='

there should be no worry about AB negative blood type.

yes it is rare but you need to remember that AB- can receive any and "negative" blood blood not just AB-.

if the hospital doesnt have any negative blood then your hospital is in serious trouble.

unleash if he talking bombay blood then the matter is MORE complicated than this

True, but nowadays hospitals try to minimize (if at all) giving blood that are not of the same group even if they don't have antibody/antigen clashes. So, even if theoretically AB- can receive an O- or A- transfusion, in practice this is not done unless they are desperate.
