I don't think that Anokata is one ot the Kids Detective group. All of them are childish (as expected for primary school children ) and innocent(Ayumi mostly, if you watch the anime carefully) . Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko do like Kamen Yaiba very much and it almost impossible for Anokata to be one of them. Conan and Haibara took the aptx4869 and only their body shrunk, not their mental.Unless you state Anokata took that drug,became a 7 year old kiddo and pretending to like Kamen Yaiba like other kids.( neither Conan nor Haibara did that). If really Anokata had shrunk, he easily can detect Haibara and Conan.

Agasa Hiroshi, Kogoro Mouri, Ran Mouri, Yukiko, Ins. Yamamura, Ins. Megure, Takagi, Sato, Chiba and the rest of the police squad can be remove from the suspect list. They did't know anything about the BO. It does not make any sense !! (unless you are one of the ignorance person and do not have any care in this world )

I don't think that's very likely. Jirokichi's goal in life is to make a name for himself, to be the front-cover story in every newspaper. I just can't see the boss of the BO constantly doing these sorts of things and drawing attention to himself. Drawing attention would mean investigations into his private life, and that's unacceptable for the boss. We all know that the boss wouldn't be that careless.

If I recall correctly, Jirokichi USUALLY only appears in Kid chapters, and Aoyama doesn't want to mix Kid with DC's main plot too much. He's only done it once (the Mystery Train), and I believe he stated that was a one-time event. On that note, he goaded Kid into breaking into the family's safe when his dog got locked in there. If he WERE Anokata, he'd probably have some experts under his command he'd be able to call rather than Kid (even if it would seem ridiculous just to use it to get a dog out, he could easily pass it off as a "test" of the person's abilities). So it's pretty safe to assume that Jirokichi isn't a suspect. (Also there's the thing about him being at the train platform which was supposed to be blown up in the BO's original plan during the Mystery Train arc.)

It's minami takayama - san . Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ Takayama Minami?), born May 5th, 1964, is a seiyū and singer from Adachi, Tokyo.
In Detective Conan she is the voice of Conan Edogawa. She is also the lead vocalist of pop group Two-Mix, who performed the 5th opening theme for the anime.
She was once married to Gosho Aoyama and was also the voice of Yaiba Kurogane in his other series Yaiba. They were married on her birthday in 2005 but divorced on December 10, 2007.

Minami appeared in Volume 15 of the manga, in File 144-146. The story was made into Episode 81 and Episode 82.
In this episode, she appears with Shiina Nagano. Before waiting for a concert, Takayama is disguised because she is looking for Nagano. The Detective Boys then bump into her and realize that she is the famous artist Minami Takayama. She then tricks everyone with a man's voice and takes them to a restaurant. Then there is a strange person who has been using the phone for a long time. Then a while late, a person on the phone is looking for her, she then answers and it turns out to be Shiina Nagano. He tells her that he is outside the restaurant and asks her to go outside. After that, the suspicious person kidnaps her and the kidnappers demand the Detective Boys to deliver the bag belonging to Minami Takayama.
While the English manga retains her name, the English Dub of the anime renames her Korma Delorica and in keeping with her shared voice with Conan, she is voiced by Alison Viktorin.

She and her brother made a second appearance in the series in episode 238.

The Black Organization uses clever codenames, passwords, etc. based on mysteries and history. If the boss is behind the naming scheme then perhaps the boss has an interest in detectives and mysteries.
The operatives dress in black, which Akemi Miyano says is supposed to resemble crows. This is probably an expression of the boss’s dress code preferences and may be symbolic. The boss may use the crow themed phone number Nanatsu no ko for the same reason.

As the manga is nearing its climax, fan anticipation regarding its mysterious Black Organization is building, and one asked Aoyama about the gender of its boss (who is referred to simply as "That Person"). Aoyama refused to answer, but revealed that whoever That Person is, he or she has already appeared in the story. He also ruled out Professor Agasa.

The boss uses the first few notes of the song Nanatsu no Ko to encode his/her phone number. The number is #969#6261, which was purposefully made non-functional by Gosho Aoyama to prevent prank calls. The number might have a Tottori area code; but it is uncertain because of the way the number, including the area code, was altered to prevent prank calls. It is worth noting that Ai Haibara reacts to the word Kurayoshi – a city in Tottori province, when she notices Shinichi Kudo had taken an interest.

Gin described APTX 4869 as a poison before using it on Shinichi, "We'll use this, the new poison the Organization developed. You can't find any signs of poison on the body with this stuff..." (V1-1 pg 37) Haibara also mentions that it was used on a number of other people, "Of all the people who took the drug, only your death hadn't been confirmed yet." (V18-9 pg 6 The Org took great pains to ensure the people APTX4869 was used on were dead, evidenced when they sent Shiho out to investigate Shinichi's case twice to confirm his death. (V18-9 pg 6) Additionally, Gin gave the OK for it to be employed in a time sensitive assassination where failure would be unacceptable: "Anyway, our superior has ordered us to kill him before he rats us out. Don't screw up, Pisco! If there is any complication, you can use the 'experimental drug' [APTX 4869]" (V24-7 pg 17) If the boss, who has been stated to be cautious to a fault, knew about the risk that someone might survive APTX 4869, he would not let his subordinates use the drug without letting them know there was a chance it would leave people alive because, if someone escaped, they could talk to the police or someone else and leak the secret of the Black Organization's existence. If Gin knew it failed to work some of the time, he would have never left Shinichi alone while it acted, and would have also gone looking for him after his body disappeared if that was the case. Even Shiho Miyano who was aware APTX 4869 could rarely cause de-aging expected it to kill her. "I thought that since I was going to get killed anyways, I would take the APTX 4869 which I secretly held. To my luck, the drug that I took thinking it would kill me shrunk by body..." (V18-9 pg 8) Finally, Shiho makes it clear the Organization is not simply trying APTX 4869 out on victims, they are actively using it to kill. "If I reported your condition to the Organization, it's very likely you would have been terminated before I could do something useful." (V18-9 pg 7) Even though Shinichi was an "interesting specimen" (V18-9 pg 7), if the Org was field testing, they would try to capture Shinichi alive for study. Shiho was still project manager when use on humans began and when Shinichi was poisoned, so she would know the Organization's protocol should someone fail to die.
