I still have not ruled out Eri as having known Conan's identity for a long time ... I think there is a chance she knew Conan=Shinichi (from Yukiko -- they are CLOSE friends aren't they?) before Conan met her (post APTX). From that first case where they met in the restaurant/weddingring case (and others, like the snake bite case at the beach) you could see she is one of those people who treats Conan almost like an adult and does not seem taken back by his knowledge / actions.

I thought Eri would find a resemblance between Conan and Shinichi, but if she does she'll totally lose faith in Kogorou's deductions and wouldn't believe a teenager can shrink and come back as a 7 yo kid. Just as Ran did for that matter. And they were childhood for so many years and in the end she was still fooled by Conan's act. Now I want Sera to point Ran in that direction again. Since she already told Ran to show her some photo albums and talk about her boyfriend, all she needs is to find a moment Conan isn't there

I understand Eisuke is Eisuke, but still...

Of course, this doesn't take into consideration the somewhat common (in the dc universe) ability to jump over cars with a ROAD bike.

It's just a little math. Shiho is 18 now so subtract 5 years and you get that she was thirteen when Shuu started infiltrating. Akai started infiltrating by meeting Akemi in order to get closer to Sherry, so we know Sherry was in Japan and working at thirteen.

But then they could still have met I think?
Shiho was 13 when Akai infiltrated, thus she was at Japan at that time. But it where still 5 years in between, so she could have been to America for 1 year or something. (I don't think that contradicts, since it's not said that she was in Japan all the time)
The wiki about Sera said: "Since three years ago, she'd been living in America with her parents", so in those 3 years, Shiho could have been to America for a while too? :V

I don't know where Shiho was in those five years. She definitely could have gone to America. Akai infiltrated in Japan to get to Shiho, so it seems like Japan is more important strategically, but researchers often do travel for conferences and partnerships, and America is a very popular destination because many very large important conferences are hosted there. Even the Black org researchers go to conferences it seems. Agasa met the Miyanos at something like that if I remember correctly.
