I suspect Eri Kisaki.. (may be not the boss but someone close) After I re read vol.37.. that game developer's diary the hint being her tone being authoratative like a queen

That's not Vermouth she dosen't have a cat . It could be Eri Kisaki.. Kisaki means queen. Plus Haibara and Eri still didn't meet.

well i really dont know who the head of the bo is, but i cant imagine that yusaku kudo is the bigboss.

it's a nice twist if yusaku is really the boss, but many dc fans expect that already, so it won't be surprising at all...

i mean who the boss is,no one will surprise the fans because the fans expect of all the characters to be the Boss.

Right now I'm not suspecting anyone, but there are rather few characters that would surprise me.
I want to see the ending, but I don't want the series to end XD

If Conan was the boss, then APTX 4869 might not have anything to do with aging. It might just be a mind altering drug (that gives you false memories). It is rather confusing to think about... Conan would then be an evil child prodigy who wanted the drug created to go back to his innocence but the drug is actually making Conan atone for all his wrongdoing by chasing after himself and that which he has created. WTF.
