she said that her 1st impression of sera was thatt she looks like vermouth, which is true!

yea, it also sound a bit unbelievable, but think it this way...

Akai's age isnt known.
We all know Vermouth is much more older  than she looks.
Ran has seen Vermouth, and thus, it would fit with what Sera said in manga 778 bout ran already seeing her mother.
And, Vermouth and Akai where living both in America=Sera comes from America.

well depending on whether akai is still alive or not we have a clue about his age...
if he's really dead, we know he's end of his 20's to early to mid30's (news or police report about the dead body in the chevi)
