In volume 45, Conan thought that she's actually around 20... I'm not sure if he meant 18 is "around 20", or if he thinks she's actually a bit older than she claimed. (It matters, apart from her "compatibility" with Shin'ichi, because in Japan she very likely wouldn't be tried as an adult for her role in the Org. if she's under 20.)
