No no no, I meant Kaito Kid's nemesis organization, not Conan's.

What I was trying to say is that the Org. Kaito Kid is battling against may not be as big as people would think. They're magician robbers and they're pretty aggresive, but there's no indication that they're many or that they're organized. Hell, they're not even secretive. Which is why I theorize that the BO is simply not interested in them, that they're just "a bunch of cheap casino performers pursuing something that can't possibly be real". So they let them be for the time being, because they're not really in the way.

Kaito Kid is even surprised at how the BO operates. "Guns and explosives and what the hell?" He recognizes they're not at the same scale as the people he fights against, but quite higher. The amount of danger Conan put Kaito through is big enough to make Kaito think Conan's now in his debt.
Spoiler: Unrelated crack theory about Conan's "debt" to Kaito
And I have several interesting theories about what could ensue. DC has mentioned cases of magicians who suffered accidents or vanished, firstly Kinoshita, who died in a fire, and secondly Mr. Masakage, who disappeared, after inventing a trick that involved fire and deeming it too dangerous to be performed. I can't help but wonder if these cases are related to the unnamed organization Kaito fights against, and if Conan will be asked for help digging further.

But that's just a theory about something I'd deem "cool" if it happened. LOL.
Oooh, how silly of me, I read that topsy-turvy, sorry!

And while I stand by my idea (Tokyo, two orgs....brrrrrr! We have trouble enough with one XD) I both like and have issues with yours.
Spoiler:
It would be great to see the boys work together regardless of their Orgs being one and the same. My lovely, nit-pick brain would keep nagging me about the plot hole, but I'd be able to file it as a freak accident and move on. On the other hand, an Org that targets specifically crimes that Conan deals with while at the same time existing alongside an Org that targets crimes that are directly related to Kaito's 'night-job' would be a little too... perfect? Tailor-made? It would feel a little bit contrived, to be sure.

Of course, with the Apotoxin, ... well, I suppose suspension of disbelief needs to be applied like sun-cream in the sahara :D
EDIT: For the rest ... I wonder if Conan manipulated Ai a bit. Shinichi is just as good an actor as his mother is (if that phonecall to 'mum' was anything to go by) and I really don't see Okiya working with Shinichi's mother (as this hints he was: the lipstick mark, the picture-perfect makeup, her presence on the train), and not working with 'Conan'. I'm sure that after the boy invited him into Shinichi's house, he went to visit Okiya, and explained. They seem on friendly enough terms when there is the 'red shirts' case, enough to be able to speak in code to one another. Ai's genuine reaction may have been needed for this to work. If it was, we are going to be treated to a mightily pissed Ai next chapter. ...Which I can't think of as a bad thing. She's quite entertaining when she's angry.

I'm in two minds about the Helicopter. I never personally liked Amuro, and he would be a good opponent, so I wouldn't mind him being a full-blown Org member. Still, Gin has already said that he is like Vermouth, again in the 'red shirts' case, meaning that he likes to work on his own and without informing colleagues of his plans. The idea of Amuro (if that is his real name at all) planning to double-cross the Org is not altogether lacking in seduction ... especially as we do not know WHAT Vermouth had asked Bourbon to promise her over the mobile phone. Was he promising her to kill Sherry? Was he promising her to take the girl as he wished, and never appear anywhere near the org again? Was he promising not to touch any of the other passengers, for whatever faux reason she gave? It's up for debate.

Of course, the next great reveal is The Boss. I seriously wish I had my own time this summer - Gosho dropped us a useful hint that the name and surname of the Boss appeared in the Bell Tree case, but also - correct me if I'm wrong - in the first three or four files. Cross examination would probably reveal it.

No and...no.
"I wonder if there really is a God...
If such an entity really existed, wouldn't all honest, hard-working people be happy?"

Ah brilliant.... of course I will forget to write where I quoted from, so now I have no idea where to look. Too bad, however. I was all geared up to make a lovely cross examination.
