Make a case and solve it

This is a thread where we made a case and the other people will solve the case... They can ask questions if there's something they need to clarify... i'll start things off...

ahm... im new... can i make one...
well a kurt and amanda are dating on a mall and suddenly a black out happened and while the two hold hands... kurt suddenly pinch the hand of amanda tightly and after the electricity went back he's dead... he has been stabbed in his neck with a small but sharp object because of the appearance of the wound and blood loss... the police came together with a great detective named jhoemel(i made this name up because its my name... hehehe) and after he looked at the body he ordered police inspector kyle to gather anyone on the mall that is a friend or aquentance of the victim and amanda and they found out three people.....

a. Carrie - a biologist student that's studying on a nearby university... she said she's just buying some instrument that he will use in their experiment. she's a close friend of kurt.

b. James - a carpenter that makes a lot of money building cabinets.. he said that he was taking an order of a client for a custom made cabinet in a coffee shop in the mall... a close friend of amanda

c. Brent - a gang leader that loves amanda but got dump the other day... he said he was just chilling and waiting for his friend....


so who's the murderer???? it's kind of easy... hehe

correct... its carrie... she was buying a scalpel used in disecting... and that's the murder weapon

well detective jhoemel said that she is the killer... but of course we need evidence to pin her and put her against a strong case... her belongings are brought out... the items that's with her are a cellphone (but it was checked and no log that says she called the victim and when the caller was called using the phone of the victim... her phone didnt ring even its on) and she had a scalpel with her that she brought so that she can but the exact same thing... when it was tested for blood... luminol reacts to it.. but she just tells that she had use it in some disection so of course it will reacts to luminol.... and the scalpel's blade has rust... she said it cant be use to cut something... she was found going to the bathroom


clue... she used two tricks to perform the crime... so can u unveil her tricks and get the evidence to pin her to the crime.... ?
