Heiji's Dream

Postby alicetama » January 23rd, 2012, 1:54 pm

So. I just finished the newly-subbed version of episode 118 of DC, and it was when Heiji imagined Shinichi grasping his chest (which was a scene from his dream that he mentioned earlier) that it occurred to me: could this be Gosho's way of foreshadowing the finale?

It may sound crazy, but what other reason would Gosho put that in there, other than to signify Heiji being worried about Shinichi? And in real life, some people actually have dream premonitions. Meaning, that while Heiji's dream didn't exactly happen yet, doesn't mean that it won't happen in the future.

What does everyone else think on the matter? Do you think it's signifying something to come in the future, or do you think it was just put in there as a reason for Heiji to give Conan his lucky charm?
Why? You never win the cursed war.

I think that it was foreshadowing the end of that episode, where Kudo ended up being saved from the knife because of Heiji's charm. It was a pretty similar situation to that of the dream, but who knows? Gosho works in mysterious ways after all.

I too think it was just foreshadowing the end of 118 - we all know that the finale will involving Conan VS Black Org, not just some random culprit in Heiji's dream.

Well we didn't necessarily know that it was a random culprit. We only saw snippets of Heiji's dream- not the full thing. For all we know it could be foreshadowing more than just that episode.

I personally don't think that's the case, but it's fairly possible. It's not like it hasn't happened before.

And if you'll remember, the culprit who stabbed him WAS BO.

I think it was probably just foreshadowing that episode, but I would really enjoy it if it was indeed foreshadowing the final showdown with the BO as well.  I hope what you say is true. xD
