Actually, the clip I'm watching is called Anna slaps Hao so...I guess it'd be Haibara slaps Conan with the voices the way they are xD

Yes, Minami voices Hao. He is, however, the main antagonist (wanting to kill all non-shamans doesn't go that well with being the hero). Oh, and he's basically invincible -.-
