GIZA has been using Conan as a launching pad for their new/repackaged artists. Given that there's only so much room for new OPs and EDs, I just don't see it happening, even if it would be pretty cool.

Wouldn't it be a contracting issue as well as a label issue?  Hayashibara Megumi isn't a GIZA artist, so maybe that's why Megumi hasn't done an opening or ending yet.  I'm surprised TWO-MIX managed to do an opening given that TWO-MIX has never been a group with GIZA and stuff, and even now as Two Mix Delta, the group still isn't.

Probably. In fact, it's not only for the openings/endings since I don't think Megumi ever sang a Haibara character song  (unlike Conan, Ran, Sonoko, Ayumi, Genta and Mitsuhiko).
