Given how good the last  (and only) 3 part AO was, that would be nice.

From the title alone, my guesses are that it has to do with a race and someone goes into a coma during the episode.

Apparently, the screenplay for that AO will be done by Kazunari Kouchi.  He's the one who wrote most of  the movies (all of them except 6, 10 and 11)  and he has been in charge of a fair number of AOs ever since the anime started.
