I'm going to go ad watch Ranma½...again...(it has only one bad side:the ending...the wedding was ruined! *cries*)
oh the amount of perverts...Always so fun to watch Ranma½...

About the bowtie scene? Shinichi of course...

I think he was mimicking what he thought Kaito was thinking, and, depending on if it's using movie canon or not, then Kaito probably doesn't even know he's Shinichi in the first place, so there'd be no point in using the bow-tie then.

I'd have to say he was using Kaito's voice.

the OVAs likely follow movie canon or Kid would have no clue who Shinichi was and likely not know to fix his hair.  Besides he has the line later "i think i know how you feel when you hang out with them".

True, but Conan was still using Kaito's voice. No sense for him to use Shinichi's voice because Shinichi is not Kaito. It would be as pointless as to say, use Kogorou's voice or Sonoko's voice, or even his own voice without the bowtie. (because Kogorou, Sonoko and Conan are not Kaito)
Since he's trying to mimic Kaito's thoughts, he's using Kaito's voice.
