I've been meaning to compile a list for DCW Wiki, but I can share what I know here. Cut numbers (the ones I have anyway) come from the 5th movie guidebook (movies 1-5) and the 10th movie guidebook (movies 6-9).
Movie 1 - "The Time-Bombed Skyscraper"* Cut 1340 - Ran remarking that she might not be able to say "Happy Birthday" to Shin'ichi ever again. ("Mou...Mou ienai kamoshirenai kara...")
* Cut 1341 - Conan reacting to Ran previous line on the other side of the door.
* Cut 1349 - Ran and Conan back to back as Conan prepares to say his line.
* Cut 1350 - Ran and Conan back to back as Conan/Shin'ichi says if they die they'll die together. ("...Shine toki wa issho daze...")
* Cut 1417 - Conan, worse for wear but relieved and smiling as Ran finds him in the crowd.
Movie 2 - "The Fourteenth Target"* Cut 1484 - Conan holding the gun as a vision of Shin'ichi is behind him.
* Cut 1486 - Shin'ichi holding the gun.
* Cut 1487 - Ran looking at the vision of Shin'ichi as she's held hostage. ("Shi...Shin'ichi...?")
* Cut 1488 - Cocking back the gun.
* Cut 1489 - Ran's reaction.
* Cut 1506 - Conan and Shin'ichi relieved watching over Ran who's lying down.
Movie 3 - "The Last Wizard of the Century"* Cut 26 - Kid with Ayumi after kissing her hand. ("Tada no mahoutsukai desu yo...")
* Cut 38 - Haibara turning to ask Conan what the Heisei Holmes will do about Kid. "...De? Heisei no Holmes-san wa dousuru ki...?")
* Cut 157 - Heiji talking with Kazuha behind his shoulder. ("Mendokusai yatsu o teki ni mawashite shimotana...")
* Cut 294 - Kid with the dove on his hand before his "Ladies and Gentlemen!" speech.
* Cut 298 - Kid with a determined look before his leap into action. ("Saa, Show no hajimari daze!")
* Cut 1321 - Haibara looking at the burning castle. ("Baka...")
* Cut 1351 - Ran's confrontation with Conan at the Mouri Detective Agency. ("Betsujin nan desho? Sounan dayo ne...?")
* Cut 1352 - Ran with tears in her eyes and Conan's reactions as he decides to tell her the truth. ("...Genkai dana...")
* Cut 1357 - Kid disguised as Shin'ichi leaning in the doorway of the Mouri Detective Agency.
Movie 4 - "Captured in Her Eyes"* Cut 279/1358 - (Two numbers because it appears in movie twice) Eri blushing and recalling Kogoro's confession to her.
* Cut 667 - Haibara looking around while someone's hand is on her shoulder. (I can't remember who off the top of my head! Conan probably.)
* Cut 669 - Haibara's serious speech to Conan.
* Cut 670 - Conan's surprised reaction during Haibara's speech.
* Cut 671 - Haibara's serious speech to Conan. ("Anata to zutto..." "...Zutto kono mama...")
* Cut 672 - Conan's final reaction.
* Cut 1315 - Ran questioning why Conan is helping her so much. ("...Nee, doushite?")
* Cut 1316 - Conan/Shin'ichi responding and Ran's reaction. ("Omee no koto ga suki dakara dayo...")
Movie 5 - "Countdown to Heaven"* Cut 52 - Gin at the beginning of the movie. ("Ano yo ni motto mo chikai, shokeidainishite yarou ja ne ka...!")
* Cut 173 - The older version picture of Ayumi.
* Cut 595 - Gin holding a book while in Akemi's apartment. ("Fun...Shosen, onna wa onna ka...")
* Cut 597 - Gin holding up a CD. ("Koitsu o tsukeba 20 byou de gyakutanchi dekiru!")
* Cut 617 - Gin with a cigarette in his mouth grinning.
* Cut 1091 - Conan listening to Ran before the building jump.
* Cut 1092 - Ran before the building jump. ("...Ikite Shin'ichi o matte nakuchaikenai kara...")
* Cut 1093 - Conan tilting his head listening to Ran after above line.
* Cut 1095 - Conan about to speak to Ran before the building jump. ("...Daijoubu dayo, Ran-neechan.")
* Cut 1096 - Ran holding Conan/vision of Shin'ichi. ("Omee no kimochi wa, itee hodo wakatteiru kara yo...")
* Cut 1097 - Ran turning to look and smile at Conan.
* Cut 1383 - Ayumi blushing/determined while talking about being able to count for the final countdown. ("Conan-kun ga soba niite kuretara, watashi, dekiru to omou.")
Movie 6 - "The Phantom of Baker Street"* Cut 609 - Conan with a determined expression. (No jacket, so sometime after he loses it in game.)
* Cut 1357 - Holmes.
* Cut 1490 - Yuusaku smiling. (This is when Yuusaku and Conan are looking at eachother at the end.)
* Cut 1491 - Conan smiling. (See previous.)
Movie 7 - "Crossroad in the Ancient Capital"* Cut 1533 - Shin'ichi upon being revealed as not Heiji.
* Cut 1605 - Shin'ichi leaning against the tree.
* Cut 2044 - Kazuha singing and Heiji speaking. (During the "I finally get to meet you" scene at the very end.)
* Cut 2062 - Ran smiling. (From when she's looking down at the handkerchief at the very end.)
Movie 8 - "Magician of the Silver Sky"* Cut 1226 - Kid speaking.
* Cut 1667 - Kid tipping his hat. (To Sonoko, on the plane.)
* Cut 1741 - Ran's confession and Conan/Shin'ichi's reaction.
Movie 9 - "Strategy Above the Depths"* Cut 1692 - Kogoro (a little worse for wear) talking. (I think when he's remarking he was worried because the lady reminded him of Eri.)
* Cut 1744 - Shin'ichi and Conan running.
Movie 10-13 I'd need to rewatch since it's been eons and they're not covered in the books I have.
Movie 14 a scene for sure is Kid disguised as Shin'ichi talking to Ran about the UFO.
Movie 15 is the "words are swords" scene and the brief bit of Shin'ichi before he's caught by the avalanche as mentioned by Wakarimashita above.

i agree with everyone but when you saw the poster didnt you expect more than that?
