Inspector. I only remember him by that squirrel(he says its chipmunk but whatever). He's an anime original right? But he's NEVER been mentioned out of the movies. He's that poor neglected guy from Kyoto. He looks cool enough...

  I only meant it in the sense that having them both work together at a crime scene would be hilarious.
