Detective Conan Movie 16: "The Eleventh Striker" (2012)

I never watch AMVs, so I couldn't care less.

Thankfully, most of the fanservice is in the movies or the OVAs, and I'm hoping it stays that way, because everytime Gosho gives people fanservice, I want to hit my head against the wall really hard (for example that onsen case was just awful).

Well I make AMV's so a little fanservice would give me some good material!

I agree he could write it better- maybe he'll get an actual romance writer like Banri Hidaka to help him with the fanservice! *Doubting they know eachother*

Though I have enjoyed fanservice on occasion (which doesn't mean much as I am very pleasable ) I agree with this.

Think of it this way: fanservice is only fanservice BECAUSE of the lack of "fanservice" moments in the original work. It's that feeling of "you always want what you don't have" that makes "fanservice" moments possible. So, in my opinion, the only "fanservice" should be that which uses it tastefully and fulfills the potential of the medium being used to deliver that fanservice (ie: Heiji's role in the first Osaka case - they were only in Osaka because he invited them, thus he was the purpose for the case and ultimately he caught the criminal in the end. To this day it's one of my favorites)

As a summary: my view on fanservice is "quality over quantity", very much leaning towards quality

The first trailer of movie 16  will be released on November 25, at the end of the 13th film to be aired on Ntv at 21:00
thats why movie 13 in that poster .not because  one of the Organization   members will be in the movie 16  :P

Oh NO! I predicted the theme of the movie years ago! I'm actually really good a predicting Conan movies! (movie 11, 12, 16's theme I thought about it in 2006 and it all came true!) my point it is, to any Conan fan, this kind of news should be HUGE and fans should know them as soon as possible!! My life depends on Conan (really), it is the one thing I look forward to every year

Well, after 15 going towards 16 years where a movie has come annually, you can understand why many people don't find it to be huge news. It's like how Christmas is every year. Most 15 year olds aren't going to tell their friends "GUYS GUYS, CHRISTMAS IS IN FOUR MONTHS!" Again, no ill-will, it's all good to be excited xD But...
