Anokata : If Shinichi is the holmes of the story Anokata is obviously Moriarty. That tells me he'll likely be defeated in a "Reichenbach-like" final confrontation with Shinichi.
Vermouth : I can't see her being arrested, but I also don't see her simply going free at the end. She's shown the capacity to care about people and she obviously hates the BO and wants Shinichi to destroy it. I have a feeling she's going to end up going out in a final act of redemption, probably saving Ran or Shinichi's life.
Gin : He'll capture Shiho and use her to force a final confrontation with Akai. They'll duel and he'll be in control at first until Shiho overcomes her fear of him and finds a way to sabatoge him. He'll be defeated and captured by their combined efforts and will probably kill himself to avoid inprisonment.
Vodka : Vodka's an expendable grunt, as well as not being too bright. I could see him falling for a trap set by Akai during his duel with Gin and getting taken down. That or captured by the police and killed by Gin to keep him from talking.
Korn & Chianti : As a sniper tandem their fates are likely to be linked. I see them going down in a shootout with the police.
Bourbon : It's hard to decide the fate of someone we haven't evens een yet, and know next to nothing about. I'll say he gets captured by Conan and Akai. The first BO to be captured by the police and the spark that sets off the Endgame.
