DC Racers, Who wins in a highway race?

Sato used to WTFpwn street racers got the nickname(though she doesn't know) of the White Witch(this is canon, check the white witch episodes in the 500s).

I didn't add Conan because his driving skill is non-canon and his skateboard in canon(it got a power-up in Movie 10) can't catch sportscars.

Can you shoot at your oponents?? ... If you can I would say Vermouth or Gin but if you can not then it's pretty even.
