Just re-read the MK vol 4 to see Kudo Shinichi there. At chapter 4 Akako is trying to use her magic. and I do remember these 2 chapter is animated in Conan eps 219. but I don`t remember if in 219 Akako use her magic or not.

She does not, however she still makes reference to Lucifer. Also her otherworldly henchman is there as well, but we don't know his name yet. Clearly not human though.

Ooh, I like the looks of it. From Conan's usual "I'm thinking with the suspects behind me" part, it looks like there's more then just three...so maybe there'll be more then just one murder?

More than likely, it means the flower clock (...wtf is a flower clock?  A sun dial?) holds the evidence for whatever murder occurred.  You know, like the sunflower or the bottle of wine earlier in the 500s?
