I agree with this, except I would replace "Chiba's first love" by "the London Arc". I mean, the latter was 6 times longer than the former, so surviving it was far more difficult and painful.

I'll give it to you that it was fun at the beginning, but the length just killed it. In that regard, it was like the Red Wall, only twice as bad.

Well, to be honest it's a sort of relief to have an AO now.. I mean

the recent Hattori cases have to go together because it was confirmed they were on the same day. Considering the length of the most recent one and the fact it'll be combined with another three files would make it 9 files to be made into eps. They'd either have to have loads of AO's before it (and we're given an actual general sort of timescale for most files around Sera's intro so you could only probably fit in one or two after her first appearance) or stretch it out beyond belief to make up for it. I realise it's a long time 'til we reach that but I'd rather we get a lot of the AO's over with now. Unless of course the anime messes with everything... which is possible

I hope they make the AO as good as that three parter...
