I could have also had stuff with 'sea' 'I' 'Ai' (as in Haibara) but the only thing I could think of for 'ei' is 'eh?' or ''ey' (like 'Hey' but without pronouncing the 'h') or 8 without saying the 't'. And anyway, CIA agents should be paranoid so this one fits a bit better in terms of that...
