Apollo's English was quite bad this time around, but overall, the cast's English was still of a much, much higher standard than 99% of animes.

The dialogue between the disguised Hades coming out of the bathroom and those two men was just stupid.

I noticed the new music, most of it was pretty good, however I still preferer the 2007 soundtrack or the original OSTs. I don't remember hearing most of these tracks on the movie 15 OST, but since there's 83 tracks, I could have forgotten.

1. Ares is voiced by a Japanese voice actor so what do you expect
2. It is possible to pick up an accent when you learn another language. My friend, after learning French for three years, starts having a French accent when he speaks English. He's never been to France yet.
