Now you're just embarrassing yourself Sstimson. (do you have some sort of urge to catch Chekhov by every word or something?).
A fantasy novel with tiny bits of romance, doesn't make it also a romantic novel (especially if the romance doesn't play a large role in the plot).
A romantic novel with a character punching another character, doesn't make it an "action - fighting" novel.

a novel is not a play or a movie though a movie or play might be based on a novel.
Again I am using the word setting as its second Definition. All acts and scenes have settings. That does not make their setting any less important then the main one.
There are times when you must be more general and say a setting is in like Japan.The other setting make it so. A lot of Movie Five takes place in or near a building, but not all. Since you are so concerned about it. Question: Is the Setting of Movie Five INSIDE or OUTSIDE the building?

If by stuffs you mean a lot of action that looks like it came from a James Bond movie and Conan saying he learned something from Hawaii (:P) then I agree, less of that and more about the case.

Joke aside, when it's a spark, it could mean "star", so it could also mean famous people or an actor/actress. So maybe about/with yukiko or Yoko :x Or Vermouth of course.

But really, I doubt they can make a satisfying Haibara related movie :V They could just recycle stuff that already happened in the manga anyway. Meaning we wouldn't get to know anything new about her, since the movies are not story developing.

It will be in Israel. The prime minister gets assassinated (happened 15 years ago, I see no reason for it to not happen again). The suspects are a non-religious jew, an orthodox jew, an american diplomat, and an arab. Stereotypes FTW! And then at the end, Conan brings peace to the middle east.
