Well that is entirely different! Yeah, no complaints on that one. Its the reason why Lightning kills, or downed power lines kill. Though I can't remember if a shaver has the power to electrocute someone to die instantly by seizing the heart... Though it should be enough to disrupt the muscles, thus making it impossible to get out, and eventually either stopping the lungs effectively asphyxiating the person, or seizing the heart, killing them with a heart attack. Either way, they die.

Interesting. I didn't learn that from Detective Conan. :P Well, our bodies are conductors due to the salt and other things. So I'm guessing when the electricity goes through the water and comes in contact to our bodies, it somehow causes our bodies to become electrocuted. This is a guess, I'm not entirely sure.

Sorry, I don't recall what chapter it is (I don't watch the anime), but what I meant was the case where he died when he inserted the key in the keyhole of his car where underneath the car there was oil spilled, and stuff like that. He wasn't actually killed by static electricity but it was one of the factors that caused the explosion. Once again, I'm sorry.

Yeah, that was the Blue Spark of Hate in the anime, or as some people seem to like calling it, the Blue Spark of Fail. The murder method in that case was a bit of a stretch, but Gosho's gotten things wrong before.

that isn't why it's called the Blue Spark of Fail.

Chances are that the person you least suspect is the culprit.

There's no such thing as an an accident or a suicide. Unless it's a motivator for a crime in the present, that is.
