I doubt Gin's age is somewhere near Vermouth. Unless he is like her and took the drug similar to the APTX in the past.

This has nothing to do with pairings you support. I am merely pointing out canon pairings have occurred in DC where the ages were rather different.

What's exactly unrealistic about it? It has happened tons of times in reality.
A lot of old rich people marry with a girl 40 years younger than them
A person I know got married to a woman 15 years older than him (and that woman was living in a kibbuz, so money had nothing to do with that).

Weird? If you want to call it that way, fine, that's your opinion.
But to claim it is unrealistic, even though there are many cases in reality that it happens, is wrong.
