Before anyone checks the anime, the lighter thing is from the manga version. I think I remember that the anime has him use his right hand. (Might mean nothing, of course... but this guy smirking through the whole story, including while talking about the violent death of an elementary school student, struck me as Gin level creepy. Main problem is him claiming an interest in doing a story about Shin'ichi while Gin himself claims that he forgot that name completely. I guess it can be reconciled by Gin forgetting the name only after Sherry confirmed the death...) Anyway, if this guy ever shows up again, I'd immediately be close to 100% certain that he's Gin (Atsushi Miyano, not so much, though all that Jekyll and Hyde stuff in Black Impact is hard to ignore.)
