Episode 219

I just saw a clip of episode 219, and it's driving me nuts! From what I can understand...the majority of the 2 hour episode is based off of Vol 30, files 4-7, right? The mansion showdown with various detectives? Hakuba is there, and Kid is dressed up as Kogoro.

But then I see the anime has a part with Shinichi chasing Kid in a helicopter back before Conan ever existed. Is that special to the anime or was there a part in the manga? It's so familiar, but I can't find it in the scanlations.
