As for the MPD, I don't think Takagi, Sato or any of the officers will ever discover Conan's true identity before the series finale. It just wouldn't match the way the police is generally portrayed in DC, they all act kinda 'superficially' when it comes to investigations, drawing conclusions, etc. Takagi was close once (Vol. 36?), but his suspicions regarding Conan seemed to evaporate within a few minutes as they didn't even play a minor role until now. It seems like he didn't even give them a second thought once they got out of that elevator and then he just forgot about it (which is kinda odd, considering Conan's strange reaction ('I'll tell you on the other side', or something like that)  ::)

I think it's a matter of interpretation. The "other side" has the same meaning as "after death", so Takagi could deduce from that that Conan would never disclose his real identity, no matter what. In my opinion, he realized Conan's determination and just came to accept it, no other thing he could do besides that after all. And that also explains why he trusts Conan with solving the cases, because he knows he's beyond normal (even more than the others think) and is actually smarter and more observant than they are. Of course, that doesn't mean he's not interested anymore, and if he puts two and two together after some investigation of the fingerprints on Conan's phone, he'll know who Conan really is.

To me, Okiya knows it for sure, but has no proof to back it up, so he stays silent about it. There's also that dark skinned detective from the case with the "Art Of War" quotes of Sun Tzu (as silent as the forest, as immovable as the mountain, as swift as the wind and so on), who is dangerously perceptive. But he doesn't know yet, as he doesn't know anything about the BO, anything or anyone related to the organization, or even the existence of a certain teenage detective called Kudou Shinichi.

actually, I can't think of anyone else who could be Bourbon at this point if Okiya Subaru is Akai. And if he is, Gosho is quite clever for putting him in only 3 cases but having 2 of those cases just be longer than the usual case. Haibara not sensing anything seems less silly than the Okiya Subaru situation btw.

Actually, I would rather that someone would learn Haibara's true identity instead. Obviously none of the characters would know who Shiho is, but it can give some refreshment if Sonoko (first character that popped to my head) would somehow discover that Haibara is actually an adult.
Well...it's just me...

Hmm maybe there is a hidden backstory such as Sonoko's sister went to school with Shiho in America...

I don't see it as Haibara said herself she had no friends during her time in America. She was always alone due to the other kids keeping their distance because she had an appearance that wasn't the norm(which is hard to believe as that is more typical of a Japanese School(where there is a norm) than a American one(where there is no norm)..here the evil kids usually attack someone for their clothing, money, weight, speech, and etc.). So I doubt Shiho would be thrilled to meet anyone or any relative from her time in America.

Actually, they do not have to be friends to know each other. Perhaps they simply attended the same lessons and therefore Sonoko remembers Shiho's way of speaking....

Personally, I think Megure should learn Conan's identity, only because . . . .um. . . . . .

it would drastically change the way the cases involving him and Conan are. . . . . .

Which is a lot of cases lol

if any cop learns it I'd vote for takagi. I mean, he already asked conan "Just who are you?" (to which conan replied "I'll tell you... ON THE OTHER SIDE", which takagi should know is a very weird thing for an elementary school kid to say), so he at least knows ther's somethin funky about him. Maybe Sato too. Then there could be shenanigans where they sneak evidence to Conan and Megure's like "what the hell are you two doing?"

A+ imo.

For a long time now, I have REEEAAAALLLYYY wanted Takagi to find out about Conan. I would love for him to not only know, but be the only police officer that ever finds out.

I think Takagi would be good. Or Kid, properly (he doesn't seem to know in the manga). Or TELL RAN ALREADY!

Hmmm... I'd love it if someone else secretly knows Conan's identity but it hasn't been hinted yet in the manga.

Other than that, Takagi is a possible option.
