I believe that as well. She was much more mysterious and composed. It has been hinted that Ai knows more about the BO then she is willing to tell Conan, but for some reason that has never been brought up again. I liked seeing her adjust to normal life, but I feel it happened way to fast. She doesn't seem afraid of the BO that much anymore either.
