Okay, since this thread is relevant to episode 579, let's discuss new theories after watching recent episodes.

Isn't it possible that Okiya triggered Haibara's BO sense because Akai was BO before?
And she just has that feeling.

It is possible for Okiya to be Akai but he can also be a black organization member. It is up to Aoyama to chose how he wants the story to go.

What I find to be quite interesting is the thought/idea of Akai still being alive but he is posing as Okiya. Isn't it risky to be acting as another BO agent? Why wouldn't Akai just disguise himself as an ordinary person instead of a member of the BO. Because so far what I am getting is that Skar Akai is actually Bourbon and Okiya is the real Akai. Well what's the point of posing as the fake Bourbon if the BO have already got Bourbon in a disguise as Skar Akai. That means the BO should be able to see through Akai's disguise as Okiya/Bourbon and then dispose of him straight away. I hope that made sense to you all because it did to me and I hope someone can answer my question. Thanks

Okiya isn't the fake Bourbon; from all the clues and give-away stuff that has been shown so far, Gosho is merely trying to suggest that Okiya=Bourbon, though evidence has been found that proves otherwise.
