well the mustache guy (koetsuji) is meant to be like 'all-knowing' in hsdk, so i depicted as he knew what the original design of conan is, since it really isnt necessary to change the hair style, hey they are all in Shounen Sunday and Zettai Karen Children uses other characters in SS like crazy (even uses characters from Shounen Jump  )
