Gosho likely wouldn't kill Haibara. That doesn't mean that she won't be in danger of losing her life, but a far more likely ending for her would be this... Conan gets his body back and returns to being Shinichi, and Haibara opts not to, to stay with the D-boys, and makes up some story about Conan going to America to be with his parents. She will continue to direct them and help them out. Also she would likely want to start over since she probably didn't have much of a childhood, so this would be a way to be a kid again [without the worry of someone killing her]
The police force probably won't get directly involved, so the BO killing one of them is unlikely... The only way for them to get involved is for Conan or the FBI to slip, during a murder being investigated by the police, about the existence of the BO. This to me seems unlikely. Even if Sato or Shiratori suspect some foul play, they would write it off due to lack of evidence, unlike the FBI who already have evidence, and has confronted them before. Think back to the first episode, and imagine if the FBI were there with the police, do you think Jodie or Akai would have let Gin and Vodka just walk, even if they weren't involved with the current case?
Ran is out, that would ruin the ShinxRan situation...
Kogorou IS a possibility, and with the loss of the VA Gosho MIGHT do that to alleviate the pain in the endgame... But I still don't think it will likely happen.
FBI will likely lose a[nother?] member... Whether or not Akai is dead or not... During the last confrontation... it is highly likely that someone will die...
And the BO killing off one of their own is HIGHLY likely. In the endgame especially, where their enemies are closing in... if any of them makes a mistake, that member will likely be killed to keep the org a secret as much as possible.
) - unless Gosho is planning it to end in the next 50 files or so.
