I don't think that wallpaper was made because Shinichi and InuYasha have the same voice--InuYasha and Meitantei Conan were on the same channel, and I think they actually aired back-to-back, so the TV station put together a few bits of crossovers. I think there are a couple commercials/eyecatches around with InuYasha and Kagome and Conan and Ran.....

InuYasha and Meitantei Conan costarred in Shonen Sunday for the entire twelve years of InuYasha's run. They've referenced each other more than once, and there were a number of covers and features in Shonen Sunday featuring the both of them. That's why the animes also ran together.

I need to post the Conan references in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei someday. There's a great one where they show Conan saying that "One of you is the suspect!" and someone is like "I confess, it was me!" and Conan is like "...".

Also one of the characters is probably based off of Shinichi.

Episode 21 of R2.  It was right after Lelouch activated the geass in his right eye as is yelling at Charles.  It could just be the subs, but seeing Conan's catchphrase there just made my day.  xD

Not much, but Conan appeared for a second or two in Baka to Tes to Shoukanjuu Episode 9.

There was also a reference to the mystery writer Edogawa Ranpo at the Next Episode preview, along with Kidaichi's catchphrase, "hannin kono naka ni iru".

I'm off to watch episode 10, hopping for more famous detectives references.
