Rough estimate of what it says

It also says that it includes subtitles. (Japanese dub/Chinese sub)
But the picture says it's a blu-ray disc, but it keeps saying that it's a DVD, strange...

This is in the "Big CD" series; the package and quality are pretty good, but the price is much cheaper than the real thing, including Japan, Korea, Europe, cartoons (??) etc. Attention: Because this DVD's package and quality are pretty good, it's usually sold at the price of $5 each, but I only sell it for $3.2 each~~~ This disc absolutely supports DVD players, and most computers can read it too, but there won't be subtitles. But notebook computers are low voltage; sometimes they won't be able to read it, so don't say that my disc is bad because your computer can't read it. Sometimes there won't be subtitles with the computer, because the CD's in origanal DVD format, unless you use a software made for watching DVDs, or there won't be subtitles. Special note: this CD is a very sellable, so the package (including the cover) is always changing (maybe if you're buying the same thing, the cover today and the cover tommorow might not be the same). The content will only add up and will not decrease, if you taped the same thing, please tell the owner, and confirm it before you change it (?). If you have other things you need, just tell us, you cannot switch this with another CD in our possesion, even if there's a problem with it! Don't ask me if I made them myself, how should I have such paitience to make CDs myself? We don't earn much, so please don't ask for discounts or anything! We can't afford it! Thank you! I beg you! I dunno, if you want to speak technicalities. I mean, yeah, piracy is stealing (I'm not gonna be one of those dudes who tries to pretend it isn't), however you're not actually stealing anything in that situation. Now, knowingly buying stolen goods is a crime also, but I don't know how it's treated in comparison to the actual theft itself.

Also, realize that because this is a bootleg copy before the actual DVD's release, it's probably a cam/telesync of the movie, so bad quality. There's always the chance that it's an early dvdrip leak, but I wouldn't count on it.

Reason for requesting a Chinese reader is that I am not sure they are selling the actual M13 movie.  If it was legit, one would have expected to see a Chinese M13 sub on the internet somewhere.  Price is also too low which makes me think that the offer is for something like a M13 tv special, or maybe it is just a box with the artwork + a blank disc.

well as far as I know, M13 isn't even out yet (not until octoberish), so it's pretty much impossible for it to be legit.

I agree with you, but it has other points of view... Whenever i download or buy something pirate, craked or whatever, i remember the real price of that thing, for instance, i don't think U$500 is a good price for a copy of pinnacle software, or U$400 for a single license of photoshop, it's too much, so, after all they blame us but the real culprit is themselves.

Anyway, being original and cheap or not, the main point it that i don't believe they can send abroad, or if they can, how could we pay the item? There's no such a way (one time i wanted something from a japanese website, so i know that's hard to do this transaction =/)

I think you're missing the point of their pricing. It's aimed at professionals who are going to make money with it.
With that in mind it's not too much at all, it just seems that way for us non-professionals.

Believe me, it's the price for a regular user, and i work with these softwares... Even when i was learning Adobe Premiere, it's licence was U$700, it's too much! If they reduce the price there wouldn't be so many pirate softwares in the world! Anyway, i just made a comment, i don't want to detract this topic
