Eri and Kogoro...does anyone care anymore?

Seriously, Eri can be a good character and Kogoro rules the world. But the "we're seperated but maybe not forever" story has become...kinda lame. Now, I only care about the Takagi and Sato relationship enough to consider it good enough for a manga that actually focuses on relationships but the other ones are at least fun. This one is not.

It was fun for the 1st three Eri cases but after that it seemingly just became "OK IN THE END IT IS REVEALED THAT ERI CARES ABOUT KOGORO (or vise versa) DESPITE THE OTHER PERSON NOT HAVING A CLUE" over and over again. (the Kogoro suspect case did that too but I thought it was at least going somewhere)

I honestly think that outside of some of the AOs/movies and the extremely rare bad manga episodes, this is the only part of the series I don't think is great, good or even ok.

I'm still looking forward to this pairing, but I really hope they'll just end together. Now.

Well I love Kogoro and Eri is awesome.

I don't mind them, but still my favorite case is the one where Kogoro tells her he wants her to come home and she records it xD.

But seriously, Gosho needs to kill some less major character already, they're crowding the place up ...

I think Gosho should just start tying up some things now, as opposed to wait until the end. At least Takagi and Sato has continued to move forward, but seriously, it would be nice if some of the story lines would be finished.

It just goes to show how unimportant the Mouris have become....they are not even getting much screenplay. their useful days are over....They are just there now. Conan used to use them to find the BO, using a professional agency to scout out cases that could give him leads to them, but he doesn't need them for that anymore. So, now they just occasionally give Conan a chance to solve cases.....and look cool....

I guess Goshyo feels he'll leave their family static....

I always thought the Eri cases were to show the "bright side" of kogoro.


Whenever Eri is involved, the famous mei tan tei sleeping kogoro solves almost everything by himself, so in my opinon, i dont really think the relationship matters, its just to show that kogoro's not a dipshit all the time
