How big will every character's role be in the final showdown

-The detective boys will initially be involved in this.. but as conan notices the danger they are in, he tells them the truth about him being shinichi, and begs them  to run away and not to tell anyone!

-If we are rly speaking about the FINAL showdown, then kogoro will be a big help for conan, after knowing he is shinichi he would firstly start freaking out but after some minutes of action, he will go save his life somehow, and say some sentimental words to him, about ran loving him, and how he should protect her if he dies or something .

-Haibara won't initially take place in the action, but will come afterwards.

-The officers probably won't be involved so much..But Maybe sato + takagi will be entrusted with the secret

-As for shuichi, he will play a DAMN BIG ROLE IN THE END! helping conan to track and get rid of the BO.

-Conan will not tell Ran that he's shinichi i guess.. she will find out from Kogoro, and will rush to him as she hears that he is in danger.. then again some sentimental shit, he tells her he loves her, she also. Then he tranquilizes her, puts her in sato's car or something :p and bring her back home

He'll put on a disguise and sneak into the BO! MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Akai Shuichi: Maybe.  If he's alive I'm sure he'll play quite a big role xD.  Sure Vermouth said they only need one Silver Bullet but if he's alive I can't see Shuu doing nothing.

Detective boys:  None. Conan won't allow it.  Haibara won't allow it.  And the B.O. never really have interest in kids running around.  However if they do get in trouble I'm sure Conan will save them before the confrontation.  If not they'll be locked away in some high tower until everything is over. 

FBI/CIA (as organisations): Maybe. If it's an big operation of any kind of course they are.  If not I'm not sure if they're just going to observe or not know about it at all.

FBI/CIA (Jodie, Kir, et co):  High. Considering that it's their mission to I'm sure their involvement will be high.  Plus Conan would need help.

Haibara: None. For one it's wayyy too dangerous for ex-organisation member to be running around a place with organisation members.  Not to mention in my opinion Gin being the "big bad" will be there...but instead of Gin versus Haibara it will end up being Gin versus Conan.  I'm guessing Haibara's story will finish before the "final".  The Akai part, the Gin part and the Conan part too.  I'm guessing during the "showdown" she'll be making sure people like the detective boys, Agasa and Ran are safe.

Heiji/Kazuha: High. The Osaken detective wants to protect his friend but isn't always around.  Unless Conan calls him over I can't see him geographically being there.  However I'm sure Heiji will play a crucial role in some other way.  And whenever Heiji goes Kazuha will most likely tag along somehow xD.

Japanese police homocide department: Moderate. They don't know anything about the B.O. but they'll try their best to keep peace/order from their "unknowing" roles.  Most likely Conan will use their help but they won't take center stage.  I'm sure the homocide department that knows Conan well (Satou,Takagi, et co) will help him without much questions.

Kaitou KID:  None, he has his own manga finale to go to xDD.  I'm still sticking with my theory that Kaito's B.O. doesn't equal Conan's B.O.  Plus he has his own way of fighting organisations (stealing gems).

Kogoro: Little. I'm guessing he's either at the wrong place at the wrong time, or maybe he figured out something.  I see him participating in some sort of way, but not the way of "omg-you're-Kudou-Shinichi-and-you're-taking-down-an-org-let-me-help-you" way xD.

Ran: None. At least I'm hoping not. It's just mindscrewing for a highschool girl to go to school one day and suddenly thrown into a situation where everyone around her might die for reasons unknown.

I agree. Detective Conan was never predictable(except for AO).

Here is my ending:
The BO finally managed to create a drug that can revive dead people, so they want to experiment with it. Somehow the experiment want wrong and more people get infacted by this drug. Then, after a few episodes Detective Conan turns into a zombie horror series.

That would be  8)

i always had this thought that the ending would start when the BO has finally achieved their goal, whatever it is,  and then aptx would have a new side effect which would grant shinichi/Ai immorality

The Japanese police & Kogoro Mouri vs some not-really-dangerous BO gangsters/army

Agasa & The Detective Boys vs Vodka: I know, this is really dangerous but for me, it'll be so much fun to see Agasa & DB in action... XDDD

Heiji & Kazuha (?) & Ran vs some dangerous BO members who haven't appeared yet

Haibara (turned back into Shiho Miyano) & Vermouth (if she's not a bad person after all) vs Bourbon

FBI & CIA vs Chianti & Korn

REAL Akai (if alive) & Okiya (if not Bourbon or real Akai) vs Gin

Sonoko: Hostage LOL

Conan (turned back into Shinichi) vs BO Boss

What can I say ? "A game with 0% of survivors !" XDDD
