Since Shinran made some valid points let me strengthen some...
Super Intelligent People... not so real...? OK... So you are saying Einstein, Edison, Galileo, the good people at CERN, Newton, are ALL MYTHS! OMG! My eyes have been.... wait... if they didn't exist then how do we have all that we have today? DAMN IT! And more recently... yes there was an 11 yr old kid who graduated college, and I bet he can also kick your ass, as he is a martial arts champion [sounds like something out of an anime... I know, but its true]. There are also many inventors who constantly improve things, and there are people who program things that most people can't even imagine. Just because you don't know of them...doesn't mean they don't exist.
Super slow people... can take this two ways, both exist... Idiots... Well who has ever head of someone with an IQ lower than 80... right? I mean... its not like we had this guy named GW Bush as president who was an idiot himself. Nor do we have special ed programs. Oh and if you mean physically slow... you are right... there aren't nerve debilitating diseases, nor muscle debilitating diseases... I mean its not like some famous sports player died from one and the disease was named after him [if you are too "slow" to get it look up Lou Gehrig]. Nor are there people who are just lazy, or fat, or not trained to be fast, right? [did you even think about these things when making the list]
Loyal people is debatable... And is quite frankly based upon upbringing, and culture. I'm sure you can find someone like Ran, especially if its a girl who is CONVINCED they found their true love in someone... [blame Disney for that one] Most people... yea... not very loyal though...

How much do you know about crime scenes? Out of curiosity? Here are some things that you should know, since that is obviously a very silly assumption... Naturally people who are involved are allowed on. Then we have people who might be hired to investigate privately. Naturally these people are given police liaisons to ensure they do not disturb the scene in any way, if the crime is under police investigation... And if you notice in Conan the only people let on are Kogoro, and Heiji, and formerly Shinichi. And believe it or not... the police also hire such people to help with investigations... known as specialists. Say for codes, or patterns. And Heiji's father is the chief of Osaka police. And you will notice that more often than not Conan is not allowed anywhere near the scene unless he is directly involved, most times he is thrown off, and the detective boys are never allowed on. Conan most times sneaks on. Unless there is some special reason, like in that one where kazuha and heiji competed, and the scene was already logged and it didn't matter much anymore...
Tricks, as in to hide the murder? Ha! People will ALWAYS attempt to hide their wrong doings. Because... guess what? THEY DON'T WANT TO BE CAUGHT! Naturally if they think of a method of murder that is organized and thought out they do it [aka a trick]. And guess what? the police created a term for it... its known as a FIRST DEGREE MURDER... and PRE-MEDITATED MURDER... Hmm... I wonder why they would create such terms if people didn't plan out murders...?
There are people who notice details better than others. It is what they are looking for... And its become easier these days to find such clues thanks to modern tech. Frankly Conan is very out of date.
Word of the day: Sociopath: a person, as a psychopathic personality, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience. In other words, someone who will kill for NO reason. Then there are people who mistakenly kill and try to cover up the murder. Then there are the people who think there is no other alternative. All of which are touched upon in Conan... Quite frankly most reasons for murder, as Shinran said, are really bad anyway...
Kaitou Kid... well now... He is a magician, and with the exception of Akako... and that gem he is searching for... Everything about Kaitou Kid is pretty realistic. There are people who can do magic that well... Given, most people wouldn't announce their future crimes or use magic. But there are people who can imitate voices really well...
Amazing healing abilities? Ok... yea... might not be the most realistic the way they depict them. But depending on the size and depth of the cut, it doesn't always take that long for clotting to occur. If it did, many people would die might quick.
As for the rest... Well... I'm not going into the impossible things...
