A "ladies' case" in general would be excellent. Ai finds the critical clue for the case, she and Eri Kisaki explain the crime together, Ran takes down the criminal when he/she attempts to escape, and Sato arrests him/her - All at a classy party in formal evening dress. Maybe the guys could be useless somewhere - Kogoro hopelessly drunk and on the wrong track entirely while Takagi is trying to take care of him, and Conan could be locked in a closet somewhere by the perp and thus out of action for the entire case.

I'd also like to see a case where Ai takes one of her temporary antidotes. I wonder why Gosho hasn't let her use them yet? Maybe Ai is avoiding building up tolerance so when she takes a strong temporary antidote, she will be Shiho for a couple weeks?

While on the subject of cases with Ai, one matchup I'd like to see is Ai vs. Kaitou Kid.

I think ti'd be more likely that Mr Crabs will be the victim, and the murderer will be Plankton. But maybe Squidward would be wrongly suspected, due to said bad karma.
